Format & Logistics

  • Zoom-Based Live Training: Intense, guided modules—all live, unrecorded, designed for focused presence.

  • In-Person Upgrade: 10 coveted spots available for live attendance—with an added venue fee.

  • Practice Partner Requirement: Bring at least one man to practice on; ideally, have a rotation of 2–3 men during the week for full depth and energetic sustenance. Men do not register or provide information—only women sign up.
