Laurie and I are going to be offering our Tantra meets BDSM as a tele-class over Zoom soon. This free 2-hour class is a test run for that full-weekend class to work out the technology and see how the course needs to be adjusted to be effective as an online offering.
You are invited to join us for this free 2 hour Beta test for our online transition. Here’s a few adjustments you need to conform to in order to help us make our content work online:
You must come to this 2-hour class (as well as to the full weekend class to follow) with a partner. The partner need not be your primary or even your romantic partner, but they should be someone you have ease and rapport with, someone you are comfortable and eager to do the exercises and scenes with in this workshop. You will take turns embodying the Dom archetype and the Submissive archetype with each other. You will practice rope bondage on each other. You will practice impact play and spanking on each other. You will create, negotiate and play out d/s scenes with each other.
The second main piece is the technology. We will conduct this class over Zoom. You actually don’t need to have Zoom at your end. You will be able to just follow the link we send you and log on. But you should have a very solid internet connection so that the video streaming flows smoothly. And you should have a good size screen that you can prop up in front of you, so that you may listen to us, look at what we are doing, and be able to interact with each other at the same time. Ideally your screen should be at least the size of a tablet or laptop. You can try projecting the screen to your TV.
